Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Get 20% OFF your weekly subscription for one Lotto (Incl. Lotto+) Wednesday bet and one Lotto (Incl. Lotto+) Saturday bet per week, applicable on every weekly subscription renewal - a saving of €1.20 weekly.
2. How to claim: The offer must be redeemed by clicking on the link provided on the Promotions Page, in the email, SMS or mobile push received by the player OR by manually entering the promotion code IEJPOTMMAY into the shopping cart.
3. Duration of promotion: This promotion is available until further notice and Lottoland reserves the right to cancel at any time without notice.
4. Player eligibility: This promotion is available to new and existing players.
5. Additional terms: (A) This offer is redeemable once per Player. (B) The maximum discount available is €100. (C) After the initial discounted payment for a subscription bet on the Wednesday and Saturday jackpots, a further discounted total will be billed automatically thereafter every week and will activate the relevant Lotto bets for each of the subsequent Wednesday and Saturday jackpots for the active period. For example: If you subscribe on Wednesday 15th May, you will be billed a discounted amount of €4.80 and your bets will be in play for Wednesday 15th and Saturday 18th May 2019; after Saturday’s results are concluded, you will then be automatically billed again at a discounted price of €4.80 for the following week’s jackpot bets and will continue to be billed on a weekly basis at the discounted price there-forth until the subscription is cancelled. (D) Subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer at any time within the “My Activity” section of their online account. (E) Please note that cancelling the subscription will not cancel any bets placed for the relevant period and the customer will not be refunded for these bets. In the above example, if the subscription is cancelled on the 19th May, the bets for the 22nd and 25th May jackpots will remain active but the customer will not be billed on the 25th May 2019, therefore no bets will be placed for the jackpots on the 29th May and 1st June 2019. Cancelling a subscription ensures the customer is no longer billed for future periods.

General Terms & Conditions

1. In addition to these Promotional Terms, the Player’s use of the Website and your participation in any gaming or wagering (including any promotions) is governed by the general terms and conditions which are found here (“General Terms”). Players should ensure that they have read and understood the Promotional Terms and the General Terms before taking part in this promotion. In the case of any inconsistency between the Promotional Terms and the General Terms, these General Terms shall take precedence.
2. All promotions are limited to one per person, unless otherwise specified. Any person found to be operating multiple accounts in promotions will be in breach of these Promotional Terms and the General Terms. Lottoland will determine at its sole discretion by whatever means it deems necessary to establish if different entries or accounts are connected to the same person.
3. Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, will be found to be in breach of these Promotional Terms and the General Terms if Lottoland, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
4. The decision of Lottoland in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Lottoland reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits until resolution of any dispute.
5. The decision of Lottoland in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Lottoland reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
6. A breach by a participant of these Promotional Terms and/or the General Terms or where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a participant, whether individually or acting as a group, which due to promotional offers result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, may result in Lottoland withdrawing the availability of any promotion or all promotions to that participant or group of participants and/or voiding any wager funded by the promotion and remove any winnings from such wager.
7. Lottoland reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any point at its sole discretion.
